Rarely do I read Pope Benedict's homilies (sermons), but the media seemed to pick up on his mention of technology. With recent events, tragedies such as the oil spill in the gulf and Japan's troubles with nuclear reactors, it seemed Pope Benedict was speaking to a concern that has been on my mind. His words seem so clear and comforting while at the same time admonishing, in a very grandfatherly manner.

I can truly say that I both respect and love Pope Benedict. Thank you, Papa.
